Ingredients :
- Eggs : 5
- Milk : 4 Tbsp
- Bread : 8 slices
- Onion : 1
- Green chillies : 3
- Salt : To taste
- Oil : To fry
Method :
- Finely chop the onion and the green chilles.
- Mix the onions, green chilles, eggs, salt and the milk together and beat well.
- Heat sufficient oil in a pan for deep frying.
- Soak the bread slices in the egg mixture for 10 - 20 seconds and deep fry.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
