- Boiled sweet corn kernels : 1 cup
- Bengal gram flour
- Salt to taste
- Oil to fry
- Boil the sweet corn kernels and drain water from them and leave to dry.
- When the sweet corn kernels have dried, add dry bengal gram flour and salt to it and mix well so that the sweet corn kernels are evenly coated. Add bengal gram flour enough for coating all the sweet corn kernels evenly.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the sweet corn kernels.
- Drain oil from the fried sweet corn kernels using kitchen towel or tissue paper and serve.
