- Eggs : 2
- Onion : 1/4th
- Geen chillie : 1/2
- Cheese slice : 1
- Milk : 1 Tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oregano
- Oil : 1 Tbsp
Method :
- Chop the onion and green chillie.
- Beat the eggs.
- Add the chopped onion, green chillie, milk, salt and whisk until smooth.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it.
- When the egg is cooked from the bottom, put the cheese slice on it and sprinkle some oregano and fold the omlette.
- Keep the omlette on the pan for 1 - 2 minutes so that the egg is cooked from inside and the cheese melts.
- Serve alone or with toast.
